Value Added Services

Many of the services we offer, are at no charge to our customers. Many of these services, our competitors either provide at a charge or they do not have the resources to offer at all. For example:

• Staging of Orders - Capital Electric will stage materials for a project at our warehouse. These materials will be released as you require, not too early and too late. This can have an immediate positive effect on your cash flow.
• Faxed Confirmation of Orders - Immediately after an order is received, an acknowledgment is generated and faxed over to you. This allows you to verify that all information is correct and that your order has been processed.
• Training - Capital Electric feels it is their responsibility to both the vendors they deal with and their customers to provide product training. On a regular basis we host training sessions for various manufacturers' products. Many of our training meetings are BICSI accredited.
• Electronic Commerce - CEO enables you to check inventory, enter orders online, check the status of open orders or your account and look up previous purchases, pricing and usage. All of these functions are done in "Real Time" giving you up to the second information.
• Design Assistance - Capital Electric has 2 RCDD's on staff. They are there to help you with a cable plant design for voice, data, paging, video and any low voltage applications.
• Vendor Managed Inventory - Capital Electric’s VMI solutions will help by maintaining focus on the objectives of VMI. We won’t get caught up in the marketing of VMI, rather we stay on track & provide you with realistic options to meet your goals. The bottom line is your bottom line. You need to grow it. We’re going to help you do just that.
• Special/Custom assemblies - Special construction cables or cords are available quickly.
